Chronic Pancreatitis

What you need to know:

There are no natural remedies or complementary therapies to treat this condition, but dietary changes - specifically drinking raw vegetable juices - could help. Strangely, children who wouldn’t touch a carrot if it were served with chips and a burger with a dollop of ice-cream on the side seem to like the taste of carrot juice, sweetened with a little pasteurised honey if necessary. It’s also worth consulting a registered naturopath for more detailed advice.
