  • Vitamin C
  • 10gm per day, taken 3gm, 3gm and 4gm
  • Glucosamine Sulphate
  • 1gm to 3gm per day
  • Chondroitin
  • 1gm to 2gm per day
  • Vitamin D
  • 400iu to 2,000iu per day

    Herbs which may help.

  • Cats claw
  • 1gm to 2gm per day
  • Devils claw
  • 1gm to 2gm per day
  • Ginger
  • 1gm to 3gm per day
  • Turmeric
  • 1gm to 5gm per day

    Dietary changes that may be beneficial.

    Try to eat more fish, green lipped mussel, cherries and pineapple.

    Other useful advice.

    For one to three months use a bowel cleanse which would include psyllium and or linseed, oatbran, probiotics, garlic, milk thistle, cayenne, goldenseal and liquorice.
