Colour Blindness

What you need to know:

There are no foods, herbs, natural remedies or complementary therapies, which will cure this condition. However, recent studies have shown that there may be a link between colour blindness and lack of essential fatty acids. Evening primrose oil is an important source of these substances and there is a remote possibility that taking it as a supplement might help and it’s good for your general health anyway.
