Vertigo

Vertigo is an alarming sensation of movement. Usually the room appears to be spinning, but occasionally it may be that the ground appears to tilt. It may be very severe and disabling, and accompanied by nausea and vomiting. It is caused by disturbances in the function of the cells in the labyrinth.
