Colic

What you need to know:

Gently massage of the baby’s stomach with one drop of lavender oil in a tablespoon of warm vegetable oil. Use slow, circular movements in a clockwise direction. Gripe water, which includes the herb dill, often works well.

Dietary changes that may be beneficial:

Mothers should avoid eating lots of onions, cabbage, or beans if they are breast-feeding.

Other useful advice:
