Spleen

Although it's in the abdomen, is not part of the digestive system - it’s actually part of the blood and lymphatic(or so-called reticuloendothelial) system. It's oval in shape, a bit bigger than a cricket ball, weighs 200 grams and sits high up behind the stomach on the left-hand side of the abdomen.
