Episiotomy

There are no natural cures or complementary therapies that can avoid the need for this procedure, but you’ll obviously want to speed the healing afterwards and reduce the risk of infections. One simple remedy is to add a handful of bath sea salt to your bath, or put a tablespoonful into a jug of tepid water and use it to bathe the area until you can manage a bath.
