Ingrowing toenails

What you need to know:

There are no natural remedies or complementary therapies that can treat this condition and you should never try to treat them yourself - foot infections can be extremely dangerous.

You need to see a state registered chiropodist to treat your toenails and give you advice on how to cut them properly in future. You also need to make sure that your shoes - and even your socks - aren’t too tight.
