Kleinfelter's Syndrome

Kleinfelter’s syndrome is a condition where a male has an extra X chromosome, so the chromosome count is 47 X X Y. They are characteristically tall with small testicles, swollen breasts (called gynaecomastia) and often have a slightly reduced IQ. There is failure of sperm production, causing infertility.
