What does this food contain?

Chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and game birds are all rich in protein, iron, Zinc and B vitamins. All the game birds are extremely low in fat and rabbit has virtually none. Domestic goose and duck can be high in fat and should always be cooked on a rack.

Delicious though it is to meat eaters, the crispy skin of roasted chicken, duck or goose is awash with saturated fat and is best avoided. Poultry is particularly good for women suffering PMS as it has a high content of vitamin B6 , but vegetarians can use yeast extracts or vitamin supplements instead.
