No natural remedy or complementary therapy will totally cure this condition, but there are exercises which can strengthen the muscles in the eye. They’re called Bates eye exercises after their founder.

There are practitioners of the Bates method all over the country - look in Yellow Pages - or you can find out more from a book called 'Better Sight Without Glasses' by Harry Benjamin.
