Papilloma

Papilloma of a duct is the name given to a localised overgrowth of the lining of a single duct - usually a condition affecting younger women and producing bleeding or discharge from a single punctum in the nipple. Since this might be premalignant (called ductal carcinoma in situ) it might be best removed.
